There’s a lot going on around the shop lately, bucked some big fir timbers , love the chainsaw, finished up the slab table and now on to a couple of sets of fir doors. Beautiful tight vertical gran, and incredibly clear. A little bit of grain matching makes things custom sweet.

The boy and I have been making the rounds – dump run, safety store, back to a friends for pics a previous install. Nice to see how things are weathering. I love seeing things done being used. Solid oak counters, and I’ll be excited to watch how they age.

Skiing has been good. The bikes are starting to roll as well. They’re everywhere, on the road, on backs of trucks running up and down the hill. I’ve been up and down the Bluffs trail more than a few times the last couple of weeks.
